September's Eco/Sustainability Tip

September's Eco/Sustainability Tip

We are focusing on something slightly different for our September Eco/Sustainability Tip, with an ode to Sir David Attenborough. Sir David Attenborough has played a massive part in our personal lives for so many years and has educated us about a host of different types of species, environments and the amazing ways of the world.

At 94, David Attenborough is just as relevant today and if not, even more so than he has ever been with his most recent message being powerful and clear, that the world is in trouble and we must protect our planet, it is precious.

With the wealth of knowledge and experience that David Attenborough posses, he briefly shares and outlines the effects humans are having on eco-systems and natural environments, explaining that continents are on fire, glaciers are melting, coral reefs are dying and fish are disappearing.

As humans, we can make a change to our natural world and preserve it, by simply reducing our waste and upcycling any materials that we can, reducing plastic and electricity use, cutting back on food waste and reducing our fossil fuel output. These are all fundamental the survival of our planet as a whole.

Thank you Sir David Attenborough for your continued endeavours to saving our planet, while sharing your amazing stories and knowledge with the world.
